Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using gtkcyber.com or registering for any GTK Cyber training program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

GTK Cyber provides cybersecurity and AI training programs, including public courses at industry conferences, custom corporate training engagements, and online educational content. We are a training provider, not a consulting, staffing, or managed services firm.

Training Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in GTK Cyber courses is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. Conference courses (e.g., Black Hat) are registered and paid through the conference registration system. Corporate and custom training engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between GTK Cyber and the client organization.

Fees are non-refundable unless GTK Cyber cancels or materially changes a course. If we cancel a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund or credit toward a future course.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, slide decks, code, and exercises provided by GTK Cyber are the intellectual property of GTK Cyber or its licensors. You may use course materials for your own professional development and internal organizational use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish GTK Cyber course materials without express written permission.

Code examples and lab exercises may be used freely in your own projects and work environments.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GTK Cyber training and website services only for lawful purposes. You may not use skills or techniques taught in GTK Cyber courses for unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data. GTK Cyber courses on adversarial techniques (AI red-teaming, penetration testing concepts) are provided for defensive and authorized testing purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GTK Cyber training is provided "as is." We make no warranty that course content will meet every individual's specific technical needs, that all skills taught will be applicable in every environment, or that completion of any course guarantees specific employment outcomes or certifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GTK Cyber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our training or website services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore City or Baltimore County, Maryland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or enrollment in courses after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
